Wayne was very quick in contacting me and very prompt in coming out and pricing up the job but unfortunately things went down hill from there. If you try to contact him he doesn't answer his phone and if you’re lucky any communication you do get is done via text message. He's messed me about for 6 weeks despite me asking him if he still wanted the job as it was urgent due to water getting into a plug socket from the leaking roof. Again by text he said he would be straight on the job as soon as the new roof panel arrived as the first one he ordered was damaged and no he wasn't messing me about. I received the one and only phone call from his partner 6 weeks from the time he first came out saying if I still wanted the job doing he would do it Saturday morning but Saturday morning came and they didn't turn up and once again no contact just straight through to his voice mail when I tried to phone him to see if he was still coming. Having used this site for a number of years I have to say Boston Windows And Doors are by far the worse I have come across and leaving negative reviews is something I really don't like doing but in this case I feel it is very justified as this company has treated me quite bad. To sum it up I would say if you want a job doing try someone else as Boston Windows And Doors are very unreliable and I’m sorry I can't comment on any work done by this company because despite 6 weeks passing by the job never got done.

Very pleased with johnny, he sorted out my leaking conservatory roof, which wasn't an easy job. Yesterday he fitted a false ceiling in my conservatory. He is an excellent workman, did the job to perfection. Everything was left clean and tidy, he came when he said he would and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. We had just moved up from Essex & required a new roof on an old converted pub, so I posted the job on my builder as we had used the site before down in Essex and was happy with the results. Thomas came round and examined the roof thoroughly & quoted us on the spot. I had phoned a few places & others did not respond. I felt this was a good response & even better for us he was able to start the job the following week. The crew were very efficient & worked really hard, even came over one weekend in the heavy rain & snow to make sure the roof was water tight for us. Thomas himself was onsite everyday to oversee the job. The age of the building created its own problems but that did not stop Thomas & his team from completing the work to a very high standard& at the agreed price. Everyone in the village has stopped & admired the work & have commented on how it makes such a difference to the building as it had been left to deteriorate. Mitch did an exceptional job fitting our aluminium door. He took his time to ensure everything was installed perfectly and paid close attention to every detail. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean throughout, leaving everything tidy when he finished. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his workmanship and would highly recommend him.

I had elite glass upgrades come and build me my Rion sunroom I had bought Phil came and quoted me a price for the whole of the job which he said would take two days unfortunately to unforeseen situations including food poisoning and my bad measuring it took a lot longer but we got there in the end it did cost me a little more than the price Phil first quoted me and apart from a few little leeks which a tube of silicon will get rid of I am very happy with my new dining room which we have already had a lot of use out of thank you Phil for a job well done a lovely man who didn’t give up on the job even after he had been really poorly he was true to his word and finished the job I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone

Liam was very helpful and professional from the very first beginning, he always responded back to me quickly and he had patience with me when I was asking lots of questions before the work started. Liam exchanged the polycarbonate roof sheets for us and the handle at the sliding door and the conservatory looks great now. He also helped us with the lock at the front door, which was something additional and very kind of him. I would definitely recommend him.
