  This was a disaster. I advertised a Post Construction Clean and accepted the quote offered by Sparkling By. When I went the following day to mow lawns and look at the ‘sparkling’ house, I was appalled. The toilet was left in a dreadful state, surfaces had been smeared, not cleaned. Interior windows were filthy and smeared and even the brand new laminate flooring needed re cleaning. When I justifiably refused to pay the bil, the threats began. I am happy to pay top prices for all my work, but will not pay for a row and abuse. Would you? I have given Chan the opportunity to return, inspect the work with me and put it right.

  Rhys, the guy who fitted the internal fire doors worked hard when fitting our internal fire doors. He had his own vacuum and all debris was removed along with the old doors, which were included in the quote.
