Hot water extraction is the deep clean for a floor that has been left off a maintenance cycle, and with air movers running it is dry to the touch in two to four hours. Low moisture encapsulation uses a fraction of the water and returns a floor to use within the hour, which suits corridors and tight turnarounds. Every job carries 10 million pounds public liability cover, with a method statement, risk assessment and COSHH sheets supplied before the first visit, and DBS checked operatives named in advance.
