Built half of a trampoline, told customer he was going to get a tool from his van and never returned but went on holiday the very next day. Customer had to dismantle and rebuild the poor workmanship. We were pestered for payment every day while the ‘installer’ was ok holiday as he needed money despite having only assembled half of it and badly. Now out of pocket for full cost of the build. Not in any way trustworthy.
