After that, you will be introduced to the cleaner who will work alongside me for a short transition period. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, I will step in myself or send a trusted team member and you will always be informed in advance. Do you offer a key‑holding service? Yes. If you prefer, we can securely hold your key under a coded key‑holder agreement linked to our insurance.
