We work for offices, hotels, care homes, healthcare settings, schools, restaurants, retail units, gyms, event venues and the communal areas of managed residential blocks. We take commercial work only. We do not clean private homes and we do not do end of tenancy work. That is a deliberate limit rather than a gap. Commercial floors are larger, they soil in a different pattern, and they usually cannot be taken out of use while the work happens, so our scheduling, our machinery and our documentation are all built around occupied buildings and access windows that somebody else controls.
