Extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable. The cleaner accepted my booking for 14th July, then cancelled because of her children's health issues, which I completely understood. However, everything that followed was nothing but broken promises and excuses. She initially confirmed that two people, including herself, would complete the job. Later, she changed the plan and said she would do the entire 5-hour clean by herself. She then rescheduled the booking to 15th July at 9:00 am, which was confirmed. The day before, she asked if she could arrive at 8:00 am instead. I clearly said no because we would not be home at that time. At no point did I agree to an 8:00 am start. Yet on the day of the booking, by 9:30 am there was still no sign of her, no message, and no courtesy to let me know what was happening. It became obvious that all the assurances I had been given were meaningless. I had repeatedly asked her to be honest if she couldn't make the booking so I could arrange anot
