Extremely disappointing and unreliable. We booked both a move-in deep clean and an end-of-tenancy clean. On the day we were moving in, they messaged asking to move the booking due to an ill child. We had seen another review mentioning something similar but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They first offered to clean for just 2 hours that evening. When I questioned how that could possibly be enough for a deep clean, they then suggested 10pm–2am — on the night we were moving in! Communication beforehand was also poor. We repeatedly had to remind them which property they were cleaning and when. They then claimed our move-in booking was only a standard clean, so I had to send previous messages proving it was a deep clean. We felt completely let down and it added unnecessary stress to an already stressful move. We cancelled the end-of-tenancy clean as we had lost all confidence they would turn up. Would not recommend. Zero stars if possible.
