I hired this company for a deep clean of my 2-bed house. Unfortunately, the service was far from professional. Despite paying £220 in full, the standard of work was very low. Most doors were left covered in dust, the kitchen extraction hood was not cleaned in the hidden areas, and all light switches were left on throughout the house. When I raised these issues, the owner admitted it was likely a staff error and promised to send someone back. After I followed up, they then refused to send anyone and offered a trivial £20 refund. To which I disagreed. The company attempted to argue that I should have booked a "post-construction" clean due to minor paint marks,( there was no debris at the property- and I clearly agreed if those paint marks could be left as is) but this does not excuse failing to remove basic surface dust or clean kitchen appliances. I am disappointed by the poor attention to detail and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this service.
