My team and I work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for Airbnb changeovers or urgent bookings. We always aim to be flexible and accommodate your schedule wherever possible. Who will be cleaning my home? I always complete the initial clean myself. This allows me to understand your home, learn your expectations, and assess the space so I can plan future visits properly. After that, you will be introduced to the cleaner who will work alongside me for a short transition period. We are experienced working in homes with dogs, cats, and other pets. Just let us know if your pet needs to be secured during the clean. How do payments work? Payments can be made by bank transfer after each clean, or monthly for regular clients. Invoices and payment confirmations are always provided for your records. What is your cancellation policy? We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee depending on the circumstances.
