Hired to clean 2 bathrooms. He mentioned he couldn't clean the toilet (no brush or other equipment), but he would come another day and finish the job. I paid him the full amount and agreed for him to come on Friday. It has now been 3 weeks and he's since been ignoring my messages. Regarding the actual cleaning, he finished very quickly, but when I enquired about the grouting and limescale (in my original job description) he said it's not removable. Just to test this, after he went I scrubbed it using my own sponge, and it went away... Edit: after seeing this review, he was very quick to message me, but ignored me the past 3 weeks!
