We take commercial work only. We do not clean private homes and we do not do end of tenancy work. That is a deliberate limit rather than a gap. Commercial floors are larger, they soil in a different pattern, and they usually cannot be taken out of use while the work happens, so our scheduling, our machinery and our documentation are all built around occupied buildings and access windows that somebody else controls. Our services: - Commercial carpet and carpet tile cleaning: open plan floors, meeting rooms, receptions and traffic lanes - Commercial upholstery cleaning: office chairs, reception and breakout seating, hotel and restaurant furniture - Communal areas in managed blocks: corridors, stairwells, lobbies and lift lobbies, working to managing agents and block managers - Post fit-out and post event cleaning: handover cleans and venue turnarounds - Spot and stain treatment on commercial carpet How we work.
