James helped us out at very short notice, we needed some work doing prior to putting our house on the market. He did a professional job, cleaned up as he went and was very reasonably priced for a short notice, Saturday evening job. Would recommend and will use again for work needed when we move. Rating: 5 out of 5 556 reviewsPaul came out to look at job promptly, was very helpful explaining my options as can be difficult to pinpoint roof problems but saying if I chose cheaper option and it didn't work he would take that price off doing the next bit of work. Paul arrived to do job when he said he would and left everywhere tidy. Paul discovered when he was up there he didn't need to do something he had originally quoted for and took £60 off the bill even though he did other minor repair bits that he wasn't expecting to. This work did solve my main problem. Paul has also fitted new gutter and soffit to the front of my property as a separate job. Again he worked efficiently and left the place immaculate and very pleased with the work carried out. I still have one problem with a leak in one place which Paul is trying to sort for me. He has been out to do a repair job to rear soffit for which he refused to charge me. We are now waiting to see if this has resolved the problem but if it doesn't I have every confidence in Paul that he will not give up until he has corrected it for me. No pressure there Paul! I would highly recommend Paul as someone who is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and can be trusted to do a good job. Excellent customer service and work. I am very pleased that I hired Paul and would definitely use him again.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)- - Versa CleanFireplace installer in Stowmarket
Rating: 5 out of 5 553 reviewsGet in touchI am a qualified chimney sweep and a member of the Guild of Master Sweeps. I am also a HETAS registered stove installer and can carry out CCTV inspections. I also fit chimney accessories such as bird guards and caps and offer a bird nest removal service.
Trevor communicated well prior to coming over and quoted me based on photos I sent to him. I added an extra cap when I realised we had an extra chimney pot. Trevor only charged for the cap itself as he would already be up there. It turns out this was capped already so Trevor did not charge. Trevor was very friendly when he came over kept us informed if what he was doing and even Sent photos once the job was finished. Very pleased with the service and would use again in the future.Latest review:Fireplaces & Flues- - A,N,JOLLYFireplace installer in Stowmarket

Rating: 5 out of 5 551 reviewGet in touchMy business is based on my experience of working in the industry for over 30 years. My personal attitude to standards are high and as a result I do not expect my customers to settle for anything less. I am a fair, honest and reliable person, who always communicates well with customers.
We asked Roger to remodel our ground floor making the separate kitchen and dining room into one space. This also meant creating a new internal door way and blocking up the bottom half of a large floor to ceiling window and an existing external side door. Roger took down the separating wall, inserted a steel beam and made good all area's ready for a new kitchen. We were really happy with Rogers work, he was really easy to deal with, friendly, arrived when he said he would and most importantly for us showed he was a professional in his trade by giving advice, especially on things we hadn't even considered. The finished job was great and better than we had hoped. We would have no hesitation in recommending Roger and will be asking him back soon to start some further work for us.Latest review:
