  Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Chad helped us with the choice of stove, explained how everything worked, gave us options to keep costs down. The fitters were great, friendly, and tidy. Managed it all in a day. Explained instructions, fitted CO monitor. Went through all the safety checks that had been done. Slight issue fixed promptly. Would 100% recommend.

  Had an email explaining all potential costs then we spoke on the phone to arrange appointment. Ross came as arranged and on time. Polite and well mannered with good explanation of what to expect. He quickly did what was required with least disturbance and no mess at all. The bill was as agreed and he left after giving us some valued advice. Great service!
