First when Tom came to look at my chimney, he looked around and noticed serious & dangerous damage to my roof above the front door. He made it safe immediately & came later to complete the repair. Although I had asked him to price for the chimney repair, he noticed several serious problems with the roof of the house. He took photographs of the damage to the roof so that he could explain the problems to me. I immediately asked him to rectify damage which he & George did quickly. Initially he thought that he would be able to render the damage at the top of the chimney. He went up for closer inspection & found that several bricks had deteriorated badly & needed replacing. Again, he videoed the damage to show me. Tom & George made an excellent job of rebuilding the top of the chimney, showing us the options of what bricks to use.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-
