I am sorry for this late feedback. Anyway, my experience with Justin was positive under all aspects. He came promptly and completed the job at a very competitive price. We all know that minor issues can happen when several parties are involved (namely, architect, engineer and the Council), but Justin was ALWAYS very responsive and supportive, more than the other professionals involved. Iain (and Jamie) did a great job installing our cassette stove (Stovax Studio 500) and twin wall flue system (Nova). The job was complete within a day and I'm extremely pleased with it. They both went above and beyond battling out to us through the snow to ensure we met our other builders timetable for the rest of the work in our kitchen/dining room. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using them for servicing too.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Chad helped us with the choice of stove, explained how everything worked, gave us options to keep costs down. The fitters were great, friendly, and tidy. Managed it all in a day. Explained instructions, fitted CO monitor. Went through all the safety checks that had been done. Slight issue fixed promptly. Would 100% recommend.
