Very hard to review this companies work as they did not turn up on the first appointment although responded to my text. Promised faithfully to come on the next appointment. Still waiting a week later and no contact from the company. Very disappointed. Extremely unreliable. Caused me immense inconvenience. I would not recommend them.

Hey, The pair is lovely. However, they are extremely unorganised with excuses upon excuses to not do the job. The job was to change the bath and they removed the board of the bath and never came back?!?! after problems with my watermains. Now I have a bath with no board attracting insects and a non working watermains. Very annoying and a huge inconvenience to my life and family.

I hired, paid £75 call out charge. The issue wasn't fixed, and my requests for further attention have been ignored so far. I was told the call out charge would be offset against any further charges to repair, but I'm not receiving any further service to enable that potential offset. Either come and fix the problem (ideally), or give me my money back. Don't just ignore my messages. I await to n be amazed!!

We hired Hampstead heat to install a Viesmann 22f boiler and skirting radiator. They came for two days, spent 6 hours in total and install 2 length radiators at a whopping charge of £2,000. They emailed us and told us they cannot install anymore. Mr Adam is not qualified plumber. This is a rogue company that fraud two young couples of thier money. I will never recommend a new fraudulent company. He speaks well but cannot do what he promises! STAY AWAY!!!

Ronnie’s workmanship is extremely poor. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he flooded the downstairs of my house requiring the entire ground floor to need to be renovated, ceiling collapsed etc whilst completing the bathroom work but I have since been further disappointed by his lack of contact despite saying the work had a two year guarantee. He would not provide his insurance details and took no responsibility for the leak despite being in the house alone whilst completing the work while I was away. The walls are cracking in multiple places, the tiles are fitted wonky and bumpy on the floor and walls, grout is cracked, taps and fittings are cheap quality. This also overran taking more than 6 weeks when originally quoted 2 -3 weeks. Other workmen that have come to fix the issues Ronnie has caused are shocked at the way the bathroom has been completed and the lack of attention to detail and care, especially given the £6K plus price point. I feel robbed and scammed and will be pursuing this via the small claims court DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

I hired shivkarandip yesterday to come and replace our two radiators. He seemed like he was not totally with it and I thought against it. My husband said because he said he had done this line of work for 20 years we should give him ago as not many people do radiators on here. He did not turn up at 9am although I made arrangements for my son to stay home. He did not have the respect to call us to let us know. He has no feed back for a reason. He is unreliable and don't think he is quilfied. My neighbour also needs work done and would have suggested him if he did ours OK but he failed to turn up and didn't cancel. He sounded very annoying on the phone but we have only moved in and had no heating so bad judgement on us. Don't hire him he is very unreliable with no regards for client time. Very negative.

Steve turned up for job. Didn't fix problem. Let me down by not returning next day or replying and also left his rod stuck in my out side pipe which was removed by additional plumber today who fixed my issue today. Poor service

Daniel started the job, got the wrong size taps, told the tenant he would be back to replace with new ones. She never heard from him again. I have left messages but had no response either. He has left her with the bath panel off and no taps on. Hopefully I will find someone else to do the job properly

Don’t even bother to call him or let him provide you a quote because he will never show up on the job day. He is totally unprofessional and even will not be bothered to pick up your call after have given you the quote. I declined others quote for him and shame that he turned me down unprofessionally without even telling me anything. I had to go to London but I postponed the plan because of him but he even did not show and gesture of goodwill or courtesy. I would never recommend him for any job even if he is doing it for free. Very disappointed..

Sorry but unfortunately David left the job finished in a very poor state when installing a new shower. Now having to pay to get the whole job redone with additional costs for repurchasing tiles wasted, shower unusable as gaps in copious amounts of messy mastic applied everywhere. A specialist bathroom fitter has now had to remove the shower frame installed as it was not installed straight and therefore the door wouldn't seal, when removed noted damage to the frame, assumed cause was the use of drills after the door was fitted and oversized screws into the wall with no raw plugs. Trusted these people as seemed very nice to be left out of completely out of pocket and refusing to respond to messages. Thanks David and Daniel.

I am not happy with the job. Two men turned up to do the powerflush, father and son. I ended up helping them during their work all the time, They were constantly calling me: close the valve, open the valve, check this radiator, check that radiator, do you have a cloth, do you have a tray, do you have a container. Check if water's clean, check if drained. Not very professional. They did the powerflush, I didn't see them agitating radiators. They filled the system and they didn't even stay to start the boiler and check if radiators are getting hot. When I asked if they want me to start the boiler they said yes and left. Left me with unbalanced system, some radiators not getting warm, one completely cold.It Turned out later that the TRV pin was pushed in, so obviously this radiator didn’t get flushed. They left rubbish behind and black splashes on walls and floors. As an extra they have fitted 1m length of copper pipe to my boiler pressure relief and directed it outside of the house as it wasn't there before When I called the next day saying that some radiators are not getting warm, they visited me again and said that the system is too big and I should close some of the radiators, they ignored my suggestions about blocked TRV. I guess I will be googling now "how to balance heating system" Price was comparable with other quotes, so I would have expected higher quality job. I had to get another heating engineer in to finish the job. Not recommended. Please avoid.
