Complete let down. Booked him for today. Did not turn up. Did not bother calling. This guy embarrassed me. He is clearly unprofessional. Looks like a kid in his profile photos, has no reviews and i gave him the opportunity. Disgusting. Do not use. I suggest finding someone with proper work ethics. Did not even bother to call and explain.

Thought I'd found a reliable person to do my job. Had good communication over the weekend. Agreed that he would come round Tuesday, but got a message saying something had come up, 10 minutes after asking if I'd be home. Could he come Wednesday instead at 6pm. Yes, no problem. It is now 730pm and a no show, with no text....nothing.

This review is based upon solely upon the level of service that I received and has nothing to do with the quality of work. We arranged a date and time for the works to be done and I made it clear I would collect all the materials and meet Phil on site. I specifically mentioned that I would be travelling up from the bottom of south London which would take me about 2 hours of driving, happy to do this and meet him on site. I had to chase Phil late that evening and was told "oh I can't get there" Super frustrating as I had travelled along way to get there and re-arranged my day to collect materials and bring them to site. I run my own construction business so I get these things happen, but a heads up would have been nice. We arranged for the works to be done the next day, I couldn't be around so left the keys out for Phil to attend on a Saturday. Saturday 5pm came and I chased Phil, "sorry not going to get there again" Client had people booked to stay at the property and they had to be moved to other accommodation due to the fact the shower pump hadn't been fitted. Overall, I didn't get much of a service, or any sort or decent apology for two no-shows. Very frustrating experience.

He kept rescheduling and then cancelled the job last minute, came up with an excuse (family emergency) as to why he did not contact me sooner to let me know that he would not be attending… then was rude instead of being apologetic and had the audacity to think he had done nothing wrong! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT WASTE ANY TIME DEALING WITH HIM.

Started the job well but has not completed and ignored my calls and messages. Just did not return to continue the job!. I am left with internal workings in view - no replacement part that is needed and tiles off the wall! Very disappointed and bathroom is out of action. Need a reliable plumber to complete the job.

We hired Shaun following accepting his quote and start date. Unfortunately start date was replanned (ok, things happen), but then communication ended (no return of calls/messages) and I've not had any further feedback. I cannot comment on workmanship as no work was done, however our experience with this trader was disappointing. We are back at square 1 finding a bathroom/boiler specialist and have lost multiple months.

Left a huge amount of render and plaster mess when he drilled through the wall from the bathroom into the kids room, awful patch up job and best of all didn’t mention that he’d done that. When I just asked him why this had happened this was Simon Bains reply I’m so sorry, I put filler in it as I drilled through the wall. And then I just completely forgot about it which is why I also didn’t tell you. It just completely slipped my mind. Do not use Corsham and Heating.

1/Mark started the first job full of goodwill and enthusiasm. 2/second job given and very different. 3/dirt,dust,rubble left uncleared. 4/ l'm a landlord living abroad so can only go by his photos 5/partion wall ruined and had to be replaced, skirting/architrave on/off, redecorate etc all because he didn't us a tap measure and spirit level, basically he guessed where to make an opening to fit the taps. 4/months later the tenant contacts me to say everythings leaking!. 6/Rang him and his reply was 'l'm in Greece' and thats that. Crap work, crap cleaning, crap attitude
