Wesley Turned up drained out the water from the tank. didn't take long and replaced the element.and the ball valve . Stayed until the tank filled up and Checked it was done properly. Update the element was copper and didn't last long I had it replaced with a silver one that lasts for a few years

Gary, removed an existing rad and installed a new vertical radiator. Very happy with the work done. Gary arrived on time, was professional throughout, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. The installation was carried out to a very high standard. He also, checked and removed a gas pipe from an old fire. I’d definitely recommend Gary's services, to anyone needing plumbing work done. Lewis turned up on time, he was polite and professional and went to work fitting the thermostat and heat link. The job took longer than I had envisaged as there was more to it than I had anticipated, the finished work was great and the price was as quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Had an urgent issue - central heating pump failed on the day our baby was born, and no heating in the house! Posted job on Mybuilder around 2pm, got a call within a few minutes from Alan. He came round literally within an hour and found that not only had the pump failed but the isolation valves were seized up through age, so the whole heating system needed draining to replace the pump and valves. Despite being after 3pm, he went off to the suppliers, got the parts needed, drained the system, replaced the pump, fitted new valves, refilled the system, bled the radiators and got it all running again, not leaving until well after 6pm, happy it was all running correctly. Excellent service, would certainly recommend.
