Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!

Works done: Kitchen re-fitting (sink/ installation of new washing machine & dishwasher) + full remodel of bathroom & water heater. Really nice to work with (both for my wife and me) and did an excellent job on both the bathroom (removing old bathroom, moving, and re-building walls, installing floor and wall heating, a Japanese toilet, etc.) and aftercare for both the bathroom and kitchen. Can highly recommend!

Enver did a fantastic job tiling our fireplace in preparation for a log burner to be installed. Enver was punctual, always responded to messages in good time and professional from start to finish. He gave great advice from his knowledge as a tradesman but also listened to what we wanted. Enver went above and beyond to finish the fireplace to a high spec and to make sure everything was clean and tidy when he left. We couldn't recommended Enver and Brazhda Builders enough.

Review of Great Possibities: Robert and his team have now finished the complete refurbishment of two bathrooms at my property. Each bathroom has been completed to an excellent standard and throughout the job, Robert's focus on finishing to that level was evident. He also provided insightful advice on design elements throughout such as placement of the tiles and lining up patterns in the most aesthetically pleasing manner given room layout, lighting suggestions and sourcing appropriate accessories. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and are having Robert quote on additional jobs in the house now that the bathrooms are done. The first bathroom was a smaller/mid-size one with a bath/shower, WC and sink, and tiled floor to ceiling with porcelain tiles. The second bathroom was a large one finished in floor to ceiling limestone tiles as well as a mosaic marble tile strip. This room also and includes a wet room style shower, separate bath, WC and large vanity - this was a large and complex job with various design aspects to factor in. As for any major refurbishment, additional out of scope work came up and Robert made helpful suggestions on how to cover that off and was reasonable on the additional amounts quoted. His team were also very polite and considerate, minimising disruption as much as possible including for our young son. As above, I would not hesitate to recommend him. ACS

One evening the radiator in our bedroom simply fell off the wall! I knew the wall had damp issues as nothing can be drilled into it but hoped what was in place would be OK. Tom gave me options to have a wall fitted radiators but also the option of a free standing radiators (I'd never thought about that). I searched online and found what I believed to be the best deal, I sent it to Tom before ordering and he replied with a supplier he'd used before who was selling the same radiator but cheaper and with a quicker delivery time! Tom beat Google. Once the delivery date was known Tom arranged to arrive in the morning to drain our system, remove the old radiators and fit the new. The work was done quickly and the room was left tidy (no dust, no mess). The radiators look beautiful and heat the room well (Tom also advised on BTU as the room was always cold with our old radiators). Any plumbing work I want done they are top my list to call.

Tradesperson screenshot in their response below is for when I asked them to come back and remove the used element they installed without my permission. They also never advised replacing the unit until their repairs failed and they wanted to shift blame. After two visits and £566, the problem is now worse than when he started. On the second visit he installed an element that turned out to be used, only disclosing this after installation and without my permission. A new element would have cost the same based on his own previous quotes. It was agreed the timer reinstallation would be included at no charge once resolved. The issue lasted only a couple of weeks before worsening. When I asked him to honour this, he refused until the £100 was paid. He then pushed repeatedly for me to hire him for a full replacement rather than addressing my concerns, and consistently implied I did not understand the work rather than acknowledging any responsibility. I would not recommend.
