Great communication; pleasant and efficient tradesmen. The problem wasn’t fully resolved in the first visit, but they returned to resolve the issue. I was charged for a second visit which was a little disappointing but happy they tended to the problem.

10 out of 10 service. I found Daren on MyBuilder after my usual Plumber had identified the issue, but due to personal issues was not able to complete. Daren gave an honest quote which was bang of my regular plumber had said I should be paying for the job, infact it was little less than the maximum he said I should be paying for the job. NB: Other quotes from highly rated people on My Builder came anywhere between £100 and £300 more. Daren visited the property within a couple of hours of contacting him and by 8pm the job was complete. Highly recommended! Thanks Daren - Kind regards Kelly

Sami is one kind of a gentleman and such professional individual. Needed a leakage repair, upon posting the job within an hour Sami contacted myself and arrived at our house once the price has been agreed on. Brilliant service. Sami also repaired a couple of taps for the bathroom sink at a goodwill gesture. The radiators do not work , I asked him to refund or pay some money back .He refused outright! The boiler is leaking bucket full of water .He started by cutting pipes & removing the filter & putting a loop on it . He then told me to fill up the pressure up to 1 , I did this . By the next morning it leaks out all the water. He said it’s the value inside boiler & these stupid old boilers , you can’t get to the value . He wanted another £400 to repair it & then said £800 for a new one . He never told me to get a new boiler at the start , he told me after he had damaged it. He’s a cowboy ! he said he had nightmares , as he knew it was an issue now that the boiler was broken by him. He came back & put a stop end on the end of the overheating pipe as this didn’t stop the leak. I asked for a refund as has broken my boiler as it was working before he came . There was no leaks anywhere . It went from £60 to £180 .I paid him . He’s not a reasonable person , he told me to get another plumber . I feel he has scammed me of a lot of money & caused me a lot of stress & upset 😢 All he needs to do is refund my money as the central heating dosnt work & I have no heat & now I have a broken boiler . It’s not right, I was kind to him & gave him homemade apple pie & tea & we got on really well & I offered him more work. It’s wrong & he knows it, he’s ripped me off! He’s scammed me of £180 pounds . A good tradesman would refund me my money. I got no heat & a broken boiler .

William was a pleasure to work with. He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. Earl dealt well with a very difficult situation. While servicing our boiler last night, he identified several dangerous faults in how it had been installed. We looked closely at the installation certificate and I'm appalled to say that it looks like the installation was done by a fake engineer, without a real Gas Safe license. Earl went above and beyond to find us someone who could reinstall the boiler next week, and provided a detailed report which I hope can be used against the original installer. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. Would highly recommend working with Earl - he knows what he's doing, is passionate about his job and wants to go the extra mile.

Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!
