Lee came within a couple of days, problem with the boiler was sorted straight away. Very helpful replaced a part in the boiler and gave us a new thermostat will have him back again in the new year to service the boiler. Good to find someone we can trust.

Jake carried out the plumbing works at my property in Chard and I genuinely couldn’t fault him from start to finish He turned up exactly when he said he would, every time, which already puts him ahead of most. The standard of his work is top tier everything done properly, no shortcuts, and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. On top of that, his pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received Jake worked hard throughout, stayed professional, polite, and easy to deal with the whole way through. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and consistent I honestly wish all trades were like him. Completely trustworthy, solid workmanship, and just gets the job done without any hassle Tried getting him to travel to Kent for another project but unfortunately too far which says everything about how highly I rate him. Pleasant guy arrived on time and replaced a part (not entirely sure it was needed but paid for it). The boiler still did not work properly. He returned but did not fix the issue. Payment was requested and he suggested I get it looked by someone else under the warranty! Disappointing!!

The work carried out was to a high standard and I was very pleased. Previous Jason we had three different people come but they were unable to fix our heating. Jason managed to do it within one day!!

We had several quotes to install a combi boiler which included relocation to upstairs and replacement of 9 radiators. It was evident from the first visit that Dave was incredibly knowledgeable in this line of work, he provided sound advice and clearly described our options with the benefits of each. The quote was very competitive and within 2 weeks the job was being completed, whilst in our home, Dave was polite and informative with each step of the process as well as being very tidy. Whilst he was with us, we noticed a leaky tap in the kitchen to which he was happy to fix for us also. Registration of our new products was efficient and certification received within a week of completion. Honestly can not fault his service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Karl was brilliant at his work installing a brand new central heating system including all the pipework to the new radiators, the hot & cold pipework to the kitchen and bathroom ( including the pipework to a new outside tap in the garden ) and the gas pipework to the new boiler and new gas cooker. I highly recommend him.
