Fraser has been a pleasure to deal with - he is polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. What started out as a seemingly straightforward job of moving a radiator turned out to be a far bigger and more complicated one (through no fault of his but were issues in the property that only came to light once the job had started). Instead of giving me slap dash quick fix solutions that would've been unsightly, or putting pressure on me to make a decision, he remained totally professional and understanding and talked me through all of my options. He spent a good couple of hours doing some investigation work - only to find more obstacles. He could've talked me into making a decision there and then just to get the job done but there were so many more things to consider than I'd expected and he saw that I was a bit overwhelmed so he suggested that he send me all my options and the costs involved so I could have a proper think about it. He didn't even charge me for the 2 hours he was here. I was confident enough to hire him after reading his good reviews, but now since meeting him and experiencing the way he works in person, I have no doubt that I made the right decision. In this industry you need to find tradesmen you can trust and Fraser is 100% one of those people.

Andrew was really thorough and took pride in the job at hand down to even buying new brackets for the radiators which i didnt even ask for. He was really fair with pricing,easy to contact and responded immediately. Definately would use again!! Very happy

**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

We got to meet both Mike and his son Richard who removed and replaced 3 radiators for us. The whole process was very professional send us a written quote and an invoice after the job was done. Richard did an excellent job and will hire him again to replace our upstairs radiators. All together a great family business, friendly and trustworthy would highly recommend.

Yanik is such an excellent precessional that got his head above his shoulders! Very sincere and explains every bit of the job to the client as he does it. He’s very price is unbeatable. He refuse to take an extra when I offered him even though he has to buy other parts out of his own money. I just feel indebted with all this rare personality of his. I definitely recommend him.
