Luke was very professional and courteous. He quoted a price upfront and fitted in my job very quickly. He was also very happy to do an extra job when requested. He turned up on time and was very tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if I have any plumbing issues.

Owain quoted me for the job ( outside tap new install ) and told me he lived locally. On the Monday he called in to see what he needed for the job and told me that he would be here on the Wednesday aftertnoon. He also phoned me to let me know what time he was going to be at my home. Throughout the job he explained to me where and what he was doing which was great! Owain cleaned up during the job and made sure I was happy with his work. He actually showed me what was done and his work ethics are great. I am very pleased with the way he carried out the job, he was polite and easy to talk to. There would be no hesitation in recommending Owain for his work. The very reasonable quote was the actual price I paid. Thank you

Rob was quick to respond and saved me money. He removed the radiator from the wall so that I could put the fridge in place. He then returned the radiator to its original location instead of moving its location or replacing the unit with a smaller one. I intend to be here for a while and the fridge is new so this arrangement made sense with the lack of space in the kitchen. It turns out that there was a damaged valve on the radiator which began leaking during the process of draining the radiator. A previous owner of the house had used tape to mask the problem. It was late in the day and Rob had only originally come by planning to check the job for a quote. He stayed with the job and stopped the leak which will be fixed once he can source a replacement valve as mine pretty much fell to pieces. All in all, really impressed with Rob. I didn't expect to have my fridge in place today and he refused to leave me with a leaky radiator even though it was late in the day and the problem had surprised us both. He also took the time to show me how my boiler works when I asked. The thing is old and I didn't really understand it.

Dan was absolutely fantastic. I had ordered a dishwasher that turned out to be to big for the cupboard. Dan managed to remove the cupboard and fit the dishwasher no problem. He managed to get everything in and sorted and I can't thank him enough. Would definitely recommend.
