Paul has done an excellent job refurbishing our bathroom. The project was meant to be simple and straight forward, but as the house itself is quite old, we had several unexpected issues and we had to make some last minute adjustments, but Paul as a true professional with a very good eye for the details, had no trouble to sort them out. He has completed the work following our requirements, but made some valuable suggestions and adjustments. He kept the area clean and tidy and made sure we were happy with the progress. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

I wouldn't write a review normally but I feel others should be aware of this. I was wary due to reviews saying he was slow and didn't appear to know what he was talking about. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so accepted the quote and paid the 40% deposit. A bathroom electric radiator fit, involving some chasing of wiring into the wall and a certificate on completion was estimated to take 1-2 days. After 3 separate visits (2.5 days), it was made clear to me that the equipment required to test the circuit (to give certification) needed calibration and would need sending away, there was no time frame given for the return. I had a radiator on the wall, wiring chased, but nothing connected. I followed up twice calls and a text (1st after 2 weeks, then 2 weeks after that) to get a clearer time for a return to finish the job. After the final text message I received nothing for 3 weeks, at this point I could only guess he had abandoned the job. I heard from Donald out of the blue 53 days after the job had started, that he could return to finish. By this time I had had an entire kitchen fitted and the electrician on site finished Donald's work. Completely unprofessional, AVOID.

I hired Terry to replace a stopcock which my tenant reported was leaking. Upon attending the property, Terry called me and advised that the stopcock was not leaking and that the wet area was due to condensation. Based on this professional opinion, I paid for one hour of his time and the job was closed. A few days later, the tenant contacted me again as the stopcock was still leaking. I hired a second, separate plumber who attended and confirmed the stopcock was definitely leaking. The second plumber successfully replaced the stopcock in less than an hour. This resulted in an unnecessary delay to the repair and an unwarranted cost (Terry's fee). While Terry was polite, the diagnosis was incorrect, leading to the problem persisting and requiring a second call-out.

Imran was fantastic to deal with. He got in touch straight away and was happy to text when I couldn't speak on the phone at work. He laid out his pricing really clearly and didn't charge a call-out fee. He arrived bang on time and inspected the problem with my central heating. As it turned out, I didn't have any problems after all but he showed me why the heating had been clicking on and off so I'd be able to fix it myself in future. Imran didn't charge me as there was no problem for him to fix which is really amazing given he still gave up his time to come and have a look. He was polite, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If I ever have boiler or plumbing issues in the future, i'll definitely call Imran.

Jon did a great job, very tidy with no issues whatsoever. He is very punctual and tries to complete three work as promised and on time. His finger was injured but that didn't stop him from carrying on and he completed the job as promised. Very impressed.
