  Jamie responded to a task on My Builder, agreed to look at the condensate pipe/plumbing issue on the Friday but managed to get here a day earlier, investigated and identified the problem, asking to leave it with him to arrive at a solution. Returned the following day sooner than expected and made the repair which seems to have resolved the issue.  Friendly, courteous, professional, thorough and reliable is what I experienced.   I can strongly recommend Jamie to get the job done, to agreed timescale or earlier as in my case.
