Charged a call out fee to confirm the Saniflow pump had gone as per my original post. Quoted fee to replace v expensive so wasn't able to proceed - disappointed that it has cost me a call out charge to confirm what I already knew!

Brilliant job, Brendan removed an old back boiler and replaced with combi. Polite and efficient service, took exactly the time he said it would and did not charge for unnecessary work which we had previous quotes for. Left everything tidy and gave good advice. Would definitely use again and recommend to others who are looking for a reliable tradesman.

Unfortunately Washington couldn't finish the job due to a personal emergency so I had to repost it and pay to get someone else to complete it. The part of the job he did complete I found him to be good and helpful but the radiator he installed is leaking and he hasn't come back to sort it so I'm now having get that sorted as well. Emergencies come up but I am left out of pocket and inconvenienced to solve this.

They were competitive, punctual, efficient, enthusiastic, tidy, and literally went the extra mile to get the job done. One hung out the window while the other held his legs, to ensure the external pipes were fitted! They even returned the next working day to fix the programmer, replacing it at no extra cost! I can't recommend Perkins Gas Services enough. Go with them! Thanks!

The guys were amazing and I would highly recommend. They turned up on time and worked hard through the day. We had a few hiccups which was nothing to do with them and they were great about it. They also changed 4 doors for me. Will definitely call on them again when I need other work done. Thank you so much for my fantastic bathroom.

Tom was amazing from start to finish. I can not recommend his service enough. Affordable, professional and reliable. He did a job for me which I was asked for double the amount from others which Tom charged me. If your looking for a Gas Safe Engineer with no Frills then Tom Woodward comes fully recommended. I would say definitely a league above the rest. He kindly said he would come down to complete a job which could not be finished on the day due to a isolating the water on main water not been located and Severn Trent Water have already been out and need to to a dig out. I am sure with confidence Tom will come back which is the problem with other plumbers nowadays not coming back to resolve any recall issues. Book Tom with confidence for all your gas and heating needs. I will be referring his services to all my friends and family. I would like to say Thanks to Tom Woodward and his team.

Very unhappy about Jake's unprofessional customer service. He is very unreliable person and obviously he has got too much money and doesn't want to earn anymore. We arranged that he will come on Saturday to investigate smell of gas from boiler problem and do a power flush of the heating system. He didn't show up and instead he blamed someone else that should but didn't come. We arranged that he will come personally on the next day (Sunday). After waiting for over an hour and chasing him where he is, I got return message "if you want to make it tomorrow let me know so I can make the arrangements". That's some kind of JOKE, I wasted my whole weekend, never been treated that way by any company. Beware, don't use this company!!!

Said he would do the job. Quoted me never answered phone or texts when we were checking if he's still coming and a time. We could of got someone else in the time I had messing about texting calling leaving messages. Totally unreliable. Probably a blessing he didn't turn up I Probably would of regreted it... Never came round to do quote only over phone by pics. With past experience trader's always add on more. Always best to get them round and then you know the price is final too.

Wouldn't bother getting service boiler iam still waiting for an invoice for the job, there been a noise coming from the boiler for a month or so and I had another plumber to check the boiler and he found a leak if he service the boiler like he should he would have picked it up he haven't checked anything like all the people who service the boiler
