He fixed our two leaking sinks in under an hour and also managed to find the source of the leak in our ceiling with mininal damage. He came back two days later as promised, fixed the leaking pipe and did a tidy job of replastering the ceiling too. Very reasonable charges, lovely chap, would recommend.
