I have no issue with the quality of the work performed, just the cost of this work. It’s my fault for not asking for a quote before the work was performed, I will remember that in future. I am comparing the cost of this work with previous radiator replacements that we have undertaken when we have decorated different rooms in the house. I was just very disappointed that I was invoiced £500 labour costs, for about 2 hours work which my wife and I felt was far too much for elective, not emergency, out-of-hours work! That is why the rating is low because we feel the price we had to pay was completely unfair for the work performed. We had already purchased the two radiators and TRV valves. Sorry, but this is just how we feel.

Pleasantly surprised to find Lee offered to install a new boiler 1 day earlier than planned, which suited me because I needed it urgently after going without hot water for days! It was then fitted in 8 hours flat which was done very efficiently, and over 3 weeks hence, the boiler is functioning perfectly. Old boiler was collected soon after and no mess was created. Excellent job!

Job was done , no problem with the fitting of hot water cylinder... It all works well...It was a year later that I noticed that he had broken 6 of my tiles outside of the cupboard and used clear silicon to cover this up... Not impressed.. Also door surround loose.. I heard a Big Bang when he did the job, but he did not say anything at all.. Very disappointed as I thought that he was a honest guy !
