During the process we also discovered that sink pipes need to be swapped and he done that without prior agreement. He was friendly and helpful in sharing some of his advice as well. Joe was excellent. Did a thorough job on changing my air vents, spent time trying to fix a leak in the boiler too but due to the leak not being present at the time it was hard to identify. He gave me lots of advise on whats best to do economically wise and seemed to know a lot. He didn't charge me for this boiler investigation though it took him time to take the front covers off. Would use him again.
