Materials remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Diagnostic Visits and Call-Out Charges All diagnostic visits and call-outs are chargeable. When attending a property to investigate a fault, assess an issue, or provide a detailed site report, a call-out and diagnostic fee will apply regardless of whether any remedial work is subsequently undertaken. The diagnostic process includes: * Site attendance * Fault investigation * Testing and inspection * Preparation of findings and recommendations * Written or verbal site reports where applicable Site Visit Reports Where a site inspection is required, a chargeable site visit report will be provided. This report may include findings, recommendations, quotations, and proposed remedial actions.
