James was professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was on time and no question was an issue when trying to understand things. I couldn't be happier with the radiator fit he did with his colleague Dave who was also all of the above. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future. He even advised on some pipework I need sorting when I asked him to have a look and suggested a cheaper route than using him. That kind of honesty goes a long way.

We're very happy with Brad's work. The job required taking up floorboards in a hallway and three bedrooms and fixing column style radiators to walls with 100 year old plaster, but Brad managed to do it with minimal fuss and disruption. We had a mix up when measuring the radiators ourselves which meant Brad had to come back another day which was no fuss. Genuinely helpful all the way through.

Daniel was able to come and mend the faulty radiator valve within a few days . He arrived exactly at the time agree and was very pleasant - even removed his shoes before entering. He wasted no time getting on with the job which took about 25 minutes. I asked him if he would be able to look at our dripping outdoor tap while he was with us which he did and mended that too. He was very knowledgable and professional, we will definitely use him again and recommend him to others. No mess, every trace of him being there was removed, he was excellent.
