Fantastic ! Arrived as expected, polite, got on with the job, even suffered my interfering cat. He was more than willing to clean up , but the floor was a mess before he came, so I said don't worry about it. My heating system works again. I've already asked Sean to look at another job for me.

Ben Hamer serviced my boiler and diagnosed a fault. He called out National Grid to fix the fault as it was beyond his remit. The NG man appeared quickly and it was all sorted. Ben did a very good job and was both friendly and professional.

He checked the job and agreed the price. Changed his own the appointments to complete the job 3 times and on the last appointment he simply didn't turn up without any notice and still not a phone call from him. Very unprofessional. I Do Not Recommend this firm.

I hired Jason to undertake the building of a small toilet and wash basin in a small cupboard room. Jason was very polite and always on time whilst offering a good support to our views and giving positive solutions to ensure the job is done correctly. The quote given was competitive and his understanding of what we wanted was spot on, but due changing circumstances on our half, we had to cancel this job. Omar responded to my advert shortly after I posted and was able to attend promptly to assess and give price. The job was to renovate a WC. We agreed the start date and Omar worked late in to the day to finish it ahead of schedule. His knowledge and workmanship was top notch and I had confidence in his ability. The job was done to my expectations. There was a very minor leak after job completion which Omar attended to without quibble or delay and resolved. Would highly recommend.

What a great team, very knowledgeable in there trade. Shaun and his team explained the job they were doing throughout, even confirm and assisted the sizing and the style of rads/valves I needed, they also very clean and tidy up after themselves. On the job they found other additional open pipes which they closed off. Supported through the thermastat installation which I added to the job they didn’t complain very patient professional with my most obvious questions to help me understand my heating system. Shaun also did recommend a shop whereby I saved money on buying 5 radiators which online were very expensive and styles were not even available. Highly recommend to friends and family and would use again in the future. Thank you for fitting this in especially as my flooring is due and they even came back to finish the job with no extra call out fees no hidden cost Shaun provide clear concise quote from the first visit to the last. good people in this trade are hard to find. Thank you.
