Boiler buddy was absolutely fantastic! I had an old radiator in the bathroom changed to a towel rail, Boiler buddy provided the towel rail and valves in the quote - the quote was very affordable and the best one I had. Arrived promptly, took extreme care even had shoe covers when entering the property! Replaced the rad drained & refilled the system re piped the towel rail beautifully and ensured every radiator was piping hot before leaven leaving no issues. Boiler buddy also left the property spick and span went above and beyond in the clean up after and that kind of consideration on top of their quality of work and knowledge money can’t buy! Highly recommend had an amazing experience.

I was really impressed with Hilton's service. He called and asked lots of questions to work out what the likely cause of the fault was and then came up with two different solutions at different price levels. I thought both of the options he proposed were fairly priced. He handled my indecisiveness patiently, and was happy to answer all my questions, giving me lots of clear and well-explained advice. On the day he turned up on time, and sorted everything out really quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing as he went, and making sure that I was confident with how everything worked before he left. He also answered more questions I had about other heating issues in the property, even though they were not directly related to the repair I had hired him to carry out. I would highly recommend his services and would use him again in future with no hesitation.

He went beyond the original identified issue with the heating system bringing in an electrician to help solve the root problem (seemingly a legacy from previous repairs made by others). Naim couldn't have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me terrific advise and guidance before the work commenced. He was prompt, diligent and worked spotlessly. He stayed tonmake sure I was confident with hownthe boiler worked and even returned the next week when I was struggling to understand the thermostat. I accidentally paid him twice and he rectified my mistake immediately with bsolutely no hassle. Naim really went above and beyond. Inwould not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. 10 stars.

Mr Ahmad has been a thorough professional and I would highly recommend him. He visited my apartment on time, liaising with the tenant before hand and managed to resolve the issue experienced, at a reasonable price. He had to make a number of visits to the property to resolve the issue and he was always punctual. You can tell he has lots of experience by the way he approaches the problem at hand and works out a solution. Just because he is new to Mybuilder should not put you off commissioning Ahmad for any jobs you may have. Five stars Ahmad. Well done and thank you.
