I wouldn't write a review normally but I feel others should be aware of this. I was wary due to reviews saying he was slow and didn't appear to know what he was talking about. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so accepted the quote and paid the 40% deposit. A bathroom electric radiator fit, involving some chasing of wiring into the wall and a certificate on completion was estimated to take 1-2 days. After 3 separate visits (2.5 days), it was made clear to me that the equipment required to test the circuit (to give certification) needed calibration and would need sending away, there was no time frame given for the return. I had a radiator on the wall, wiring chased, but nothing connected. I followed up twice calls and a text (1st after 2 weeks, then 2 weeks after that) to get a clearer time for a return to finish the job. After the final text message I received nothing for 3 weeks, at this point I could only guess he had abandoned the job. I heard from Donald out of the blue 53 days after the job had started, that he could return to finish. By this time I had had an entire kitchen fitted and the electrician on site finished Donald's work. Completely unprofessional, AVOID.

Very nice guys, but inexperienced. They underestimated the difficulty of the job. As a result they were unable to do all the work I had asked them to do. I still paid them what they had quoted, because it took them all day just to install the new radiator and I didn't want to argue over £50. I think they would be fine and good value for money for a straight forward job, but nothing too complicated.

Lewis removed and fitted 5 radiators for me, chased 2 sets of pipes into the wall and also serviced my boiler. He and his colleague were very diligent about the work and were very easy to get on with. Lewis clearly explained the work he was doing. They worked late to complete the work and ensured the house was left clean. I had a problem with one of my radiators a few days later and he promptly came round and sorted it out. I am very happy with the work and highly recommend Lewis.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.
