Good morning, Mr Hitesh rang to me on Friday 16th at 8:15 am, we made appointment for 3pm. Hi didn't come, at 2:54 I rang to him, saying I will be home about 5-8 minutes late, he said ok, I will be late too. I was waiting for him, then at 4:06pm I rang to him, but he did not reply. I am a very unhappy with his attitude.

I had originally intended for Jimmy and his brother to quote for a refresh of our kitchen, replacing some yellowing panels. We then also asked them to quote for lifting floorboards. It turns out this was more complicated than I anticipated with pipes laid over the joists and the floorboards partially cutaway. Fortunately the brothers are multidisciplinary and managed to reroute the pipes, replace broken floorboards, level the floor, replace the entire loft floor, as well as fitting new panels in the kitchen. I appreciated Jimmy’s and his brother’s advice and suggestions and their attention to detail, and intend hiring them for future jobs shortly.

**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

Disappointing customer experience Requested new boiler installation with 10-year warranty. The total cost of work was £2,638. A Pulsacoil unit was recommended and ordered by the Plumber. Delivery took three weeks; installation took two days. Prior to installation, I requested confirmation of a 10-year warranty on multiple occasions (via the MyBuilder job description, email, and in person). After installation and registration of the boiler, I was informed that the unit supplied only had a 5-year manufacturers warranty. At no point prior to order/installation was I informed the boiler they had ordered only had a five year warranty. To obtain a 10-year warranty, an extended warranty (quoted at £635 via Pulsacoil) is required. The plumber verbally agreed to cover this cost and advised documentation would follow. Six weeks later, still no written confirmation of the extended warranty. Recommend customers independently verify warranty with the manufacturer before proceeding with this company
