Andrew turned up exactly when he said he would and made a quick diagnosis of the problem. I had assumed that I needed a whole new pump but was pleased to find that I only needed a new part for it which was quickly sourced and fitted fixing the problem completely. I was very pleased with this as knowing nothing about these things it would have been easy for someone to fit a whole new unit and charge more for the privilege so this was refreshing knowing I wasn't being "Ripped off". Andrew is a very pleasant guy and very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone. Will be the first person I contact in future should I experience any other issues.

The guys did an amazing job installing the heat pump in what was a complex project. They were kean to explain every step a long the way and worked smoothly with my builder with great communication a rare thing with tradesman. The guys were always there on time as agreed and Dan even staying late to get the job done on time, explaining the answers to my questions and making up for my lack of understanding of the tech. . Hi, I asked Ian Whelan of HEATWIZE LTD, if he could, Supply & fit 7 new Stelrad radiators, 7 New thermostatic radiator valves, chemical flush the system, add cleanser, add Inhibitor & test the System. Ian got back in touch with me on the Friday and the job was done and finished on the following Tuesday. Job was a reasonable price and took the lads just the morning to complete. The guys were very friendly and honest as I left them in the house to go shopping. They did the job with minimum mess, cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints I’m made up with the whole job and my new radiators. I Will be getting Ian and the lads from HEATWIZE LTD, back to do more work for me soon. Well recommend. Thanks Wendy.
