gareth arrived at the agreed time to quote me for the supply and fit of a new combi boiler, his price was very reasonable and he explained all the work that was needed to complete the job, when he arrived on the day to do the work, he turned up at exactly the time arranged and started the work, the work was completed that day. I must say he was very knowledgeable, his workmanship was excellent and he left no mess to clear up, I would highly recommend premier heating and have no hesitation to use him again for any future plumbing needs. thankfully to gareth I now have heating and hot water 10/10

lovely guys,very friendly and respectful .Managed to fix my boiler which proved to be a bit of a nightmare. Had a new radiator fitted before Christmas. Initially it looked fine, but it was connected to the wrong feed in our dual-zone heating system. The radiator works intermittently due to an airlock, affecting heating throughout the house, with gurgling and hissing noises. He also left holes in the wall from an initial failed mounting attempt, and the Hive installation took multiple visits to complete. Several attempts were made to have the issues fixed. Messages were ignored, appointments were cancelled late, and on the final arranged date he didn’t turn up or respond. This has been particularly difficult as we have a toddler and a newborn in the house. We’re now having to pay another plumber to put it right. Very disappointing.
