I highly recommend Rob for all your electrical plumbing. I was amazed by his willingness to help, and sort things out when my "Telford Electrical boilder" broke down, at my rental property. I didn't even need to be present, he visited the property, contacted Telford directly to identify the acceptable replacement. When the replacement arrived, it was replaced within short time period, no fuss. He's highly reliable person, and willingess to help and give you sound advice. I've dealt with many plumbers from MyBuilder and outside such as check-a-... and Rob is amongs the rarest gem, he is an example for other plumbers. Thank you Robert, you're a star!

We hired HMB Solar to relocate our air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The unit was installed far too low — around 6 feet from the ground — and was visibly uneven (about 2cm lower on one side). When we raised these issues, the installer came to check the work in person, admitted there was a problem, and promised to return the following week to fix it. He never showed up. After that, he completely ignored all our calls and messages. The only time he responded was when we called him from a different number — and even then, he asked for more money to correct his own mistakes. We paid promptly and expected a professional job. Instead, we were left with substandard work, no accountability, and extremely poor communication. We don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but we feel others should be warned. Not recommended.

Mansoor, came around and assessed the job before giving a quote, and advised that the radiator we planned to move was too large for the space we wanted it to go, which when I looked at the job again, was a spot on assessment. So in the end the old radiator was recycled, and Mansoor, installed a new radiator, in its new position (under the window). I was very happy with the work Mansoor did he worked efficiently, and kept me informed on the progress of the work. Tested the new radiator in its new position, before refitting the floorboards, and tidying the work area, and taking the old radiator away. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mansoor to other people, or reusing him on other plumbing tasks in my house.
