Arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work promptly and gave us a good demo before leaving. The engineer also corrected our system pressure, was happy to discuss a few snags we currently have listed and has taken them away to quote for us. Left the place clean and tidy, there were no hidden charges and only requested the agreed price. Glad to have a reliable service to use in the future.

They turned up on time, worked very hard to solve complex problems and did so to a superb standard. Ended up having to do a lot more work than they initially thought and they came back a second day without issue. Incredibly reasonably priced, especially considering the amount of work and specialist knowledge that went in to this job. Bobby was also on hand throughout to provide lots of extra help and advice on my home setup. I'm absolutely delighted with the work they have done and would throroughly recommend them to anyone. Kris did a fantastic job. He was on time, friendly and professional in every sense. He quickly identified the problem, gave me several options. Rather than just replace the radiator I decided to replace the boiler as well and get the flu, gas inflow and condensate all up to specs including a 10 year waranty. Kris went out of his way to help source and collect materials for job as well as going the extra mile to ensure everything was secure and sturdy. There were no shortcuts. He was honest, trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him.
