Our hot water tank broke down and was leaking. We got in contact with Khurram who fitted a new cylinder and element and now we have our hot water back. His a fantastic tradesman and nothing was to much trouble. He also kept us informed about everything with the job. I would highly recommend. We will be using him again.

AM Heating was first to respond to my advert, attended at the time they gave me and within a short time removed my 2 troublesome wireless thermostats and installed new ones. It was clear they were knowledgeable, skilled and experienced in their job. They worked calmly and took their time to advise me on how to operate the new thermostats. Lee and his colleague did a good job on fitting our new boiler. He came to give a quote and gave a competitive price and was able to come to fit it in on a Saturday the week after. The job was smooth and finished within the day. He did not fill around the vent pipes on the day, so it was left a bit messy - we were a bit annoyed about this, but he fixed this up after we called about another issue the week later. We had a bit of leaking from our vent after the installation. We called Lee back, and he came without trouble to help fix the issue. Haven't had any problems since. Overall a good job. Thanks Lee!

In general, I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion, feel Mr Ghaffar deserves praise and recognition for his effort and work (I hired him based on reviews from previous customers) Mr Ghaffar has outstanding professionalism, great customer service skills, competitively priced, well-mannered, knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived promptly, organised and prepared for the jobs. He took great pride in his work and completed both jobs on the same day. Mr Ghaffar informed me about all tasks being carried out and was able to come up with a solution when we faced a problem with the new radiator. He went beyond the original identified issue with the heating system bringing in an electrician to help solve the root problem (seemingly a legacy from previous repairs made by others). Excellent service from Geeth and Winston at A&G Plumbing. Prompt response to my post and was able to fit me in at very short notice. The job had a couple of technical challenges which they dealt with very well. Really nice guys who carried out the work to a very high standard and left the place clean and tidy at the end.
