I was looking for a new boiler to replace an old one and had previously got a quote from a well know company which was unsatisfactory . I then got a quote from Mark which i found his knowledge and expertise great and a lot better than the big companies representative. The works were carried out to a high standard and i was kept informed of the progress of the works. Initially told me he could complete radiator fit w/c 24th August, so I accepted his quote. He couldn’t actually do it until first week of September - by which time I was back at work and could only be home by 4:30. Martyn finally came on Friday 4th Sept. He arrived without a full kit of parts, then got annoyed when he diagnosed that my radiator needed an extra joint to attach it securely to the existing pipe work. Unfortunately this was a joint which he “just used the last of on the previous job”. He said it was too late to go to the shops to get the pipe joint now so he would be back another time to complete the job... Never saw him again. Really poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend.
