We were not getting enough hot water in the shower area. Shane replaced the faulty plate heat exchanger and we immediately saw the change in hot water temperature in the shower. He was happy to assist on other bits I had relating to the HWS. Overall a kind and helpful person who does his job professionally and ready to help.
