Gary did a very good job on our bathroom installation. We had a separate toilet and bathroom knocked into one room. His work was coordinated well, he and his team arrived on time and the site was cleared away at the end of each day. Work done to a very high standard, polite and suggested alternatives to us, knowing what would work best in the given space. I would recommend him highly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The young engineer worked alone until 7pm on a May bank holiday weekend to fit three radiators. Did not bleed ch system before departure so system was left full of air and my hallway floor unlevel so can't lay a new wood floor as planned without getting it re done. Major radiator leak this week (late September) when system was switched back on due to leaky valve which had not been replaced with a new TRV I had paid for. I made four distress calls to Carl for help about the leak but he did not respond so had to get in a costly emergency plumber. In May I was charged for several TRVs which were not fitted. I was told by the Reactive engineer I needed a power flush and some other new radiators as the bleed valves did not work. I have had to pay other plumbers to visit since to put my ch system right and did not need new radiators.

Wow!! I can’t believe how lucky I got by finding Sanjay and namaste builders! They have fully renovated my house in a matter of weeks!! Sanjay understood exactly what work I wanted to be carried out to the property and worked all hours to ensure the job was done in a timely manner! Whenever there was a problem Sanjay knew exactly how to overcome it and ensured that everything was kept within our budget! The work we had carried out included, stripping and gutting the house, plumbing and new combi boiler fitted (gas signed off too), fully plastered walls, bathroom fitting and tiling and painting the house. You can really tell Sanjay has years of experience and I cannot speak highly enough of the work him and his team carried out and I will most definitely be using them again!
