I initially hired Callum to repair a small leak, which he did but I also had a long standing circulation issue. Callum was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the nature of the problems I had. We agreed an action plan and he continually communicated with me as he worked through a few actions to improve circulation. I found him very open and trustworthy and also got him to fit a new radiator and 2 new shower arms. I even hired him to fix a leak at my partners house. All in all, good value, good work and trustworthy, I will work with him again.

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!

Very disappointing experience!!! The engineer diagnosed my boiler and told me the pump needed replacing. I paid in total £230 for the pump and installation, and was told the issue would be sorted. Unfortunately, the boiler started showing the same F14 fault again almost immediately after the repair. Since then, the problem has become worse and the boiler keeps locking out. I repeatedly contacted him and was told he would come back to resolve it, but he kept changing his mind about when he would come or simply didn’t follow through on the times he promised. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a repair that doesn’t fix the issue and then struggle to get the engineer to return as promised. At this point I’ve spent money and still don’t have a working boiler. I do not recommend this service!!!!
