Robbie was very helpful throughout the whole process, the unit required top and bottom heating coil and wet/dry sensor changes as well as a complete flush through. Robbie ordered the parts in for next day delivery and installed next day, hot water up and running. Robbie's quotes were very reasonable, would highly recommend.

Ves was fantastic. After a consultation to workout what was required. He provided me with a quote that was fair. He started the work however could not fully completed, due to other works we had going on at the same time. Ves didn't moan or complain, he just said "no problem, just let let me know once it's completed and i'll pop over to finish." And true to his words once the other work was done, Ves came over completed the job with no fuss. The installation was neatly done with no mess left behind which is bonus as I can't stand professional workers not cleaning up. Friendly guy - my son was asking about him because he even had a football kick around with him in the garden. Thanks Ves, Great job.
