Adam came to fix a few issues with my boiler and I can honestly say I’m so glad I chose him. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. The problem was diagnosed quickly. He installed a temporary pcb to keep my boiler going, then ordered a new pcb and replaced it. Overall, had a very good experience and strongly recommend Adam’s service.

Hollybrook Group, what can I say! From the start to the end, it was a smooth, informative, professional, thorough experience and the works were completed to a high standard. Grant from the start took the time to understand the project thoroughly as the project was not straight forward. He advised us of the short and longterm effects, which lead us to change the boiler and tank. Once everything was agreed with the works taking place, his onsite team started. Jack headed the team. Great experience from start to finish. Very competitively priced and Ryan and his team were punctual, professional and very tidy in every aspect of their workmanship. Our job was a big one “complete en suite renovation, multiple towel rails and radiators fitted around the house as well as bath plumbing” and it was done in budget, on time and with minimal disruption. Ben did a great job sorting out several small plumbing issues in our new apartment: fixing a tap, shower control and underfloor heating issues. He turned up on time, ordered the parts quickly, installed everything efficiently. He even volunteered to make himself available on a Sunday morning at no extra cost to get the job finished when we had an Amazon delay for a small part. Also charges very reasonable rates for labour and fully transparent with price for parts. Would recommend and will contact him again with any future plumbing needs.
