Baghail and his team worked efficiently to complete the work to a high standard. They worked well together, were enthusiastic, were receptive to feedback and took efforts to rectify anything (however minor) we spotted. Though the scope of work only involved flooring and skirting, once they were finished they helped with putting back appliances, rails, sliding wardrobe doors and other furniture which had been previously moved to enable the flooring to be laid. I highly recommend Baghail and his team.

Chris came and looked at the job, advised exactly what was needed and why and have a quote, he came today to complete the job and has done a fantastic job all very neat and improved the system, he advised that it didn’t take quite as long as expected so took an hour of labour off. Very honest and very neat work. Would definitely use again.

Very disappointing experience!!! The engineer diagnosed my boiler and told me the pump needed replacing. I paid in total £230 for the pump and installation, and was told the issue would be sorted. Unfortunately, the boiler started showing the same F14 fault again almost immediately after the repair. Since then, the problem has become worse and the boiler keeps locking out. I repeatedly contacted him and was told he would come back to resolve it, but he kept changing his mind about when he would come or simply didn’t follow through on the times he promised. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a repair that doesn’t fix the issue and then struggle to get the engineer to return as promised. At this point I’ve spent money and still don’t have a working boiler. I do not recommend this service!!!!
