Remove old Potterton boiler in the kitchen, remove the old Boiler Mate water cylinder in airing cupboard and replace with new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler, to be located in the airing cupboard. Install new flue pipe into roof and make good brick work outside of house where old vent was located. Remove old boiler and water cylinder. Fantastic job all round, no problems with quality of workmanship and leaving the house in a clean and tidy condition. Copper pipe work was very good. Friendly and very professional, including thorough with work. Turned up at 8.30am each morning on the dot and completed a full days work, so was very reliable. Took 2 days to install our Worcester Bosch boiler which is very good. Explained each stage of the work and was happy when I would pop my head round to see how he was getting on. Explained how to operate the controls for the boiler once completed. I had heard that installing a Worcester Bosch boiler was not an easy job, but our job was completed to a very high standard and they made it look easy. No hesitation in recommending at all. Will invite back to complete our annual service on the boiler. Great job thanks.

Had a new radiator fitted before Christmas. Initially it looked fine, but it was connected to the wrong feed in our dual-zone heating system. The radiator works intermittently due to an airlock, affecting heating throughout the house, with gurgling and hissing noises. He also left holes in the wall from an initial failed mounting attempt, and the Hive installation took multiple visits to complete. Several attempts were made to have the issues fixed. Messages were ignored, appointments were cancelled late, and on the final arranged date he didn’t turn up or respond. This has been particularly difficult as we have a toddler and a newborn in the house. We’re now having to pay another plumber to put it right. Very disappointing.
