In general, I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion, feel Mr Ghaffar deserves praise and recognition for his effort and work (I hired him based on reviews from previous customers) Mr Ghaffar has outstanding professionalism, great customer service skills, competitively priced, well-mannered, knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived promptly, organised and prepared for the jobs. He took great pride in his work and completed both jobs on the same day. Mr Ghaffar informed me about all tasks being carried out and was able to come up with a solution when we faced a problem with the new radiator. I strongly recommend Mr Ghaffar - you will not be disappointed. I will be contacting Mr Ghaffar for another plumbing job.

Dalibor fixed a difficult micro-pipe radiator leak that other plumbers couldn’t resolve. He also repaired a leaking pipe under the tap in a very hard-to-reach area. The work was done cleanly and to a high standard. He arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout, and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a new boiler to replace an old one and had previously got a quote from a well know company which was unsatisfactory . Imran was fantastic to deal with. He got in touch straight away and was happy to text when I couldn't speak on the phone at work. He laid out his pricing really clearly and didn't charge a call-out fee. He arrived bang on time and inspected the problem with my central heating. As it turned out, I didn't have any problems after all but he showed me why the heating had been clicking on and off so I'd be able to fix it myself in future. Imran didn't charge me as there was no problem for him to fix which is really amazing given he still gave up his time to come and have a look. He was polite, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If I ever have boiler or plumbing issues in the future, i'll definitely call Imran.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!
